Through this agreement, ExcellentBoxes provides a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to access and use this website for personal and/or business purposes connected with buying our custom packaging products and services. You agree to only use the website for legal purposes, and abide by all laws and regulations.

 

Unauthorized or intrusive use of the website for purposes other than employing the site to the maximum extent of the web is prohibited including, but not limited to, trying to obtain access to other web sites, introduction of malware, attempts to disrupt or interfere with the functionality of ExcellentBoxes, or attempts to engage in activities that can lead to damage to either ExcellentBoxes or other users.

 

Copyrights and Trademark

Everything on ExcellentBoxes is the property of or licensed by ExcellentBoxes, and is subject to the protection of copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. ExcellentBoxes does not permit anyone to copy, reproduce, modify, share, publish or use any information, content, ideas or images on this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Customer content and artwork

Customers are responsible for all the artwork, designs, logos and text, images and materials posted or submitted to ExcellentBoxes.

When providing artwork you confirm that all content submitted is owned and/or otherwise covered by the strict legal rights of ownership. You have the right to use your materials without violating any copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity or other intellectual property rights. The information provided in your content is not illegal, offensive, defamatory or misleading material.

ExcellentBoxes will not confirm the ownership of customer submitted artwork. The responsibility for any third party claim whatsoever regarding any materials submitted shall be the customer’s.

In making this order, you authorize ExcellentBoxes to use your sent artwork only for the purpose of processing, manufacturing and delivering an order.

File Specifications

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that it will produce the technical results requested.

Unless otherwise specified:

• CMYK colour model should be used while submitting images
• Make sure the image you share is in 300 DPI
• Text needs to be either outlined or embedded.
• Trims and safety margins must be according to the product guidelines.

ExcellentBoxes cannot guarantee that printing errors caused by low resolution files, wrong color modes, non-existence of fonts, or wrongly-configured artwork shall not occur.

Proof Approval

Our all printing requires customer approval of the final artwork. Customer shall ensure that all components are carefully analyzed before printing, such as:

• Spelling
• Grammar
• Layout
• Colors
• Dimensions
• Product specifications
• Placement of graphics
• Contact information

Once the final print proof has been approved, ExcellentBoxes can proceed with the production exactly the way the proof has been approved.

ExcellentBoxes will be unable to warrant the accuracy of boxes produced after materials have begun to run through the approved file.

Color Accuracy

ExcellentBoxes puts the utmost effort in reproducing colors.

There are some minor variations, however, due to:

• Monitor calibration
• Printing equipment
• Ink density
• Material surfaces
• Safety is ensured by a lamination/facing process and finishing.
• Manufacturing tolerances

Colour matching can not always be guaranteed except when a particular colour matching service is specifically ordered and paid for. It shall not be deemed to be a manufacturing defect where there are minor variations in colour.

Product Specifications

The product can be slightly different than standard, because of the manufacturing process, slight variations may occur in:

• Dimensions
• Folding
• Die-cut positioning
• Material thickness
• Printing 
• Finishing

However, change in material, comparable materials will be used, and ExcellentBoxes reserves the right to do so without affecting the quality of the product or services offered.

Orders and Payments

ExcellentBoxes orders are subject to review and acceptance. 

Production will not start until:

• Payment received 
• Artwork is approved
• Order information is confirmed.

ExcellentBoxes reserves the right not to accept an order if there is an error in the price quoting due to any cause of suspected fraud, incomplete details, and/or technical issues.

Order Cancellation

Customers can ask for the cancellation if production has not started.

If the artwork is authorized and production is underway, please expect charges to be applied to cancellation plans depending on whether the artwork is in production. Once an order has been shipped, canceling of such orders are not possible. Custom-made products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect, verified by the customer.

Shipping and Delivery

Please note, that estimates provided are only indicative and not guaranteed unless specified.

ExcellentBoxes will not be responsible for any delays in shipment due to:

• Courier services
• Weather conditions
• Custom inspections
• Wrong shipping details by customers

Risk of loss passes to the Customer when it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Use correct account details.
• Keep their account information and login details confidential.
• Ensure artwork submitted conforms with relevant laws.
• Before approval, please check over any proof thoroughly.
• Make sure that all of the fees and taxes are paid.
• All activity under the customer account is to the customer’s solely own.

Limitation of Liability

Except as permitted by law, ExcellentBoxes shall not be liable (at any rate) for any indirect, incidental or consequential, special or punitive damages arising as a result of use of the website or of any purchased products. Nothing will take the place of the maximum of this total liability, which will be limited to the sum paid for the specific order for which they made the claim.

ExcellentBoxes will not be held accountable for losses due to customer submitted mistakes, approved artwork mistakes, production tolerances, shipping delays out of our control or misuse of the products.

Indemnification

You hold ExcellentBoxes and its associates, partners and those working with ExcellentBoxes (including its service providers and suppliers) harmless against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and legal expenses related to:

• The work or piece of material that you submit
• Infringement on intellectual property rights
• Misuse of the website
• Failure to abide by the laws that apply.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The ExcellentBoxes website and services are made available “as is”, and “as available”.

Although every attempt has been made to maintain an accurate information and uninterrupted service, it is important to note that no warranties are made with regards to:

 

• Website availability
• Accuracy of content
• Product suitability for a particular purpose
• Error-free operation
• All Webpages must be compatible with all devices or all browsers.

There is no implied warranty, expressed or implied, of any kind.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be subject to and be governed by and interpreted in line with the laws of the jurisdiction where ExcellentBoxes is active and not based on principles of conflict of laws.

These Terms are submitted to the courts of that jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
